This week I had the honor of attending and participating in a conference and panel about female leadership, held at the Schechter Institute in Jerusalem. There, I spoke about the importance of having women in leadership positions and fielded questions about my own career and personal insights surrounding the issue. Advancing women’s rights and encouraging women to pursue positions of power in society has always been one of my central goals. I am excited to see what we can accomplish in the future, as more and more women enter leadership positions!
